Overview of the Rkgg Affiliate Program

The Rkgg Affiliate Program is a performance-based partnership that compensates affiliates for attracting players who register with Rkgg and generate net revenue across our licensed gaming products. Participation is governed by these Terms, which apply to all affiliates and their promotions. By submitting an application, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms, and certify that you are at least 18 years old and compliant with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Joining and onboarding

  1. Submit a complete online application detailing your business and contact information.
  2. Rkgg will review the submission. Upon approval, you will gain access to the Affiliate Dashboard and unique tracking links.
  3. Implement approved promotional materials using your tracking links; monitor performance in real time; commissions accrue automatically as referred players meet eligibility criteria.

Commission model and payout terms

Compensation is a tiered revenue share calculated on net revenue generated by referred players. Net revenue is defined as total player revenue after refunds, chargebacks, bonuses paid, and approved promotional deductions, as reported in Rkgg's accounting statements. The Program provides lifetime commissions for each referred player, subject to the following monthly tier structure: 20% on net revenue up to €50,000; 30% on net revenue between €50,001 and €200,000; 40% on net revenue between €200,001 and €500,000; 45% on net revenue above €500,000. All commissions are calculated on a per-player basis and aggregated for monthly payout.

Minimum payout threshold is €100. Payouts are issued monthly within 15 days after the end of the calendar month, via the affiliate's selected payment method from the available options. Rkgg reserves the right to suspend or withhold payments if there is suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. No negative carryover applies to the Program; any unrecovered negative balances do not offset future earnings.

Tracking, reporting, and attribution

The Affiliate Dashboard provides real-time data including clicks, sign-ups, deposits, net revenue, and earnings. Attribution is based on the last-click tracking link, with cookies recorded for a standard attribution window. Affiliates may export reports and customise date ranges, filters, and KPI views. Rkgg may modify tracking and reporting features with reasonable notice.

Promotional materials and compliance

Affiliates may use only approved marketing assets and brand elements provided by Rkgg. Prohibited practices include misrepresentation of terms, baiting or incentivised traffic where prohibited, and promotion in jurisdictions where Rkgg is not licensed or is restricted. Affiliates must not use brand bidding on search terms that include “Rkgg” or promotional content that could mislead players. All promotions must include accurate terms disclosures in accordance with applicable law.

Territory, licensing, and regulatory compliance

Rkgg operates under licenses issued by relevant gaming authorities. Affiliates must ensure that their promotions comply with local law and do not target players in restricted jurisdictions. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from earnings under these Terms.

Responsible gambling, privacy, and data protection

Rkgg is committed to safe and responsible gaming. Affiliates should promote responsible play, include clear messaging about self-exclusion, time and spending controls, and provide information about player resources. Personal data collected in connection with the Program is processed by Rkgg as data controller in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Affiliates must maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.

Term, termination, and changes

Rkgg may modify these Terms at any time, with notice to Affiliates. The Program may be terminated by either party with written notice. Upon termination, accrued but unpaid commissions will be paid in accordance with the then-applicable payout terms, subject to verification. Any ongoing obligations of confidentiality and data protection survive termination. Violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of the Affiliate relationship and forfeiture of commissions.
