Bonus Rules

Scope and definitions

These Bonus Rules govern all promotional bonuses issued by Rkgg. By receiving or using any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms. In the event of inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Bonus issuance and eligibility

Bonuses are issued only to eligible accounts that have completed verification steps required by Rkgg and are in good standing under the Responsible Gambling policy. Bonuses may be restricted to one per player, per household, per payment method, or per IP address as determined by Rkgg. Rkgg reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus for legitimate reasons including fraud, collusion, or exploitative behavior.

Activation and opt-in

Bonuses may require explicit opt-in or the use of a promo code. Activation occurs automatically upon meeting deposit criteria when the promotion specifies auto-credit, or upon successful manual opt-in where applicable. Players may review active bonuses in their account and may opt out at any time prior to wagering.

Wagering requirements, contribution, and settlement

Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds or winnings attributed to the bonus may be withdrawn. Contributions to wagering come from qualifying bets placed on eligible games, subject to the rates below. All bets must be settled; unsettled bets do not count toward wagering.

  • Slots and most casino games contribute 100% to wagering.
  • Table games, live casino, and other non-slot games contribute at reduced rates unless the promotion specifies otherwise (for example, 5% in general on such games).
  • Some games may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely. The list of excluded games is published with each promotion and may change from time to time.

Example: A deposit bonus of 100% up to 2,000 EUR is credited after a qualifying deposit. The bonus amount is 2,000 EUR. If the wagering requirement is 40x, the player must wager 80,000 EUR in eligible bets before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings tied to that bonus. The wagering period for this bonus is 14 days from credit. If wagering is not completed within the period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Bonus validity and expiry

Bonuses carry a fixed validity period from the date of credit. Deposit bonuses are typically valid for 14 days; free spins are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. If the balance falls to zero without meeting wagering requirements, the bonus funds are canceled and any unsettled winnings attributed to that bonus are voided.

Withdrawal, cash-out, and caps

Withdrawal of funds derived from bonuses is permitted only after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Some bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit specific to that promotion. Any withdrawal request that would breach the limit will be reduced to the permitted amount. Where restrictions apply, they will be stated in the promotion terms. Cashing out prior to completing wagering will void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Abuse, fraud, and sanctions

Rkgg prohibits any form of bonus abuse, collusion, scraping, or other exploitative behavior. If suspected, Rkgg may cancel bonuses, void winnings, and suspend or terminate the account permanently. In such cases, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited and access to the account may be blocked.

Multiple bonuses and stacking

Players may receive multiple bonuses over time, but each bonus operates independently. If more than one bonus is active, wagering requirements for each bonus must be satisfied separately. Bonus funds from different promotions do not cross-cover each other unless explicitly stated.

Specific bonus types

  • Deposit Bonus: Rkgg may offer a promotional credit based on deposits. Example: 100% of the first deposit up to a cap of 2,000 EUR. Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., 40x). The maximum bet during wagering is capped at 6.5 EUR. The promotion is valid for 14 days from credit. The promotion may be restricted to one per player, per promotion, and per payment method.

  • Rebate Bonus: A percentage of eligible losses is credited as a rebate. Rebates are credited automatically after the settlement of qualifying bets. Rebates may be withdrawn or used for wagering at the player's option, but rebates do not count toward wagering requirements of other bonuses unless stated.

  • Tasks Bonus: Bonus credits issued automatically upon completion of predefined tasks. Wagering requirements apply as for standard deposit bonuses, and players may withdraw or use the bonus after meeting those requirements.

  • VIP Upgrade: Tier-based bonus benefits awarded upon progress through the loyalty program. Credits are applied to the bonus balance and are subject to standard wagering terms unless the promotion states otherwise.

  • Free Bonus: Free bonus credits issued within a defined promotional window. Example: a free bonus amount of 88 credits multiplied by 3 to yield withdrawable funds, subject to wagering and expiry.

Responsible gambling and player safeguards

Rkgg promotes responsible play. Players may set deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Bonuses may be declined or opted out if such measures are in effect on the player's account.

Miscellaneous

Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
