Definitions

In these Rules, the following terms have the meanings described, and apply to all betting activity conducted on behalf of the Rkgg sportsbook.

  • End User: an individual who maintains an account with Rkgg and places Bets in compliance with these Rules.
  • Bet: a risk-based agreement on the outcome of an Event, Market or set of Markets, which involves the placement of a Stake; the Bet results in a Win or loss based on the Odds accepted by Rkgg.
  • Stake: the monetary amount paid by the End User to participate in a Bet.
  • Market: a defined wagering opportunity on an Event, including live or pre-match offerings.
  • Event: any sports, esports or other event on which Odds are offered by Rkgg.
  • Odds: the numerical ratio used to calculate potential Winnings on a Bet.
  • Winnings: the amount payable to the End User upon a successful Bet, calculated in accordance with these Rules and the applicable Odds.
  • In-Play / Live: Bets placed or settled during the course of an Event based on live data.
  • Outright: a market determined by final standings over the duration of a competition, separate from per-Event markets.
  • Palpable Error: an obvious error in price, terms or timing that does not reflect the true likelihood of the outcome.
  • Video Assistant Referee (VAR): a video review process whose determinations may affect settlement where applicable and as set out in these Rules.

General Rules

  • Eligibility: Access to the Rkgg sportsbook is limited to individuals who meet the minimum legal gambling age in the relevant jurisdiction and who are not prohibited from betting by applicable law or regulatory authority.
  • Language and controls: The English version governs these Rules; other language versions are for reference only. Where inconsistencies arise, the English text prevails.
  • Authority to accept bets: Rkgg reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet in its sole discretion and may modify, suspend or terminate markets or offerings without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
  • Business integrity: Bets and account activity are subject to ongoing monitoring for compliance with these Rules and applicable anti-money-laundering and gambling regulations.

Bet Placement and Validation

  • Bet acceptance: A Bet becomes valid only when confirmed by the Rkgg systems; bets not so confirmed may be void or rejected, and the Stake may be returned.
  • Discretion to accept or reject: Rkgg retains full discretion to accept or reject any Bet at any time.
  • Palpable errors: If a palpable error occurs in respect of a market, odds, or event details, Rkgg may void the affected Bet(s) in whole or in part.
  • Bet types: Bets may be placed as Singles, Combos, Systems, or Bet Builders where available; specific terms for each type are governed by Market Rules and these General Rules.

Settlement and Data Sources

  • Data sources: Settlement of Bets is based on official data for the relevant Event; where official data is unavailable or unreliable, Rkgg may rely on independent evidence or Rkgg's internal statistics, with ultimate authority resting in the transaction logs maintained by Rkgg.
  • Abandoned or interrupted events: If an Event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, settlement follows the applicable Market Rules; Bets may be voided or settled based on the information available within a defined settlement window.
  • Authority to adjust: Rkgg reserves the right to reverse, adjust, or settle Bets after initial settlement should a later official decision or verifiable information necessitate such action.
  • Timekeeping and records: All times referenced by Rkgg reflect the operating time zone; transaction logs and bet histories are final for purposes of dispute resolution.

Market Types and Bet Structures

  • Common market formats: Match outcomes (1X2), Draw No Bet, Handicap and Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Correct Score, Odd/Even, Head-to-Head, Half Time/Full Time, and Period markets.
  • Outright and Place markets: Bets on final tournament or event placement in addition to per-event wagers.
  • Period and segment bets: Bets on Quarter/Half/Period results or similar divisions where offered.
  • Special multi-market bets: Combos, Systems, and Bet Builders where multiple independent selections are combined; all selections must be correct for a win.
  • Settlement of dead heats: When applicable, settlement follows standard dead-heat rules based on the number of winning places or shared outcomes as defined by Market Rules.

Live Betting and In-Play

  • Overtime and timing: In-Play markets may include overtime unless specifically stated otherwise in the market description.
  • Action and validity: Bets on live events are subject to live data; where data is unavailable or inconsistent, Rkgg may void affected bets or suspend markets as needed.
  • Preliminary results: Bets are settled on the basis of the information available at the close of the Event or the point a market explicitly concludes according to Market Rules.

Special Provisions

  • Play-or-Pay: Outright markets may stand normally even if a listed participant cannot participate, with Head-to-Head markets treated as void if participation is not possible; other related markets follow applicable Rules.
  • VAR and on-pitch decisions: If a VAR decision alters the state of play relative to the moment bets were placed, bets between the original event occurrence and the final decision may be void, unless the odds or terms offered at bet acceptance were not affected by the VAR outcome.
  • Other adjustments: Rkgg may adjust settlements to reflect changes in event structure, schedule, or rules supplied by the sporting body or official data provider.

Cash Out and Early Payout

  • Cash Out: Available on selected Bets, allowing part or full settlement before the final result; availability and payout are market-dependent and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  • Partial Cash Out: The End User may specify a reduced stake to Cash Out part of the Bet; the remaining portion remains open for final settlement under these Rules.
  • Early Payout: Some markets may feature Early Payout where a predefined condition is met; such offers are discretionary, conditional, and may be removed at any time.

Disputes, Modifications, and Right to Suspend

  • Disputes: Transaction logs and bet histories maintained by Rkgg are the authoritative record in any dispute regarding Bets or settlements.
  • Market suspension and bet cancellation: Rkgg may suspend, cancel, or modify markets or Bets at any time, without prior notice, where required by risk controls, integrity concerns, or regulatory obligations.
  • Rule changes: Rkgg may amend these Rules or related market terms without prior notice; End Users are obliged to review applicable terms regularly.

Responsible Gaming and Age

Rkgg promotes responsible gaming. End Users must comply with applicable age requirements and may use available self-exclusion tools, limits, and account control features according to their jurisdiction and the account regime.
