1. Participation and Eligibility

Participation in the Rkgg platform is voluntary and subject to compliance with applicable law. By accessing, registering for an account or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company does not guarantee the legality of online gaming in every jurisdiction; you are responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with local law.

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate, and you may be required to provide evidence of age and identity upon request.
• Rkgg reserves the right to restrict participation by residents of certain jurisdictions and to amend the list of restricted jurisdictions from time to time without prior notice.
• You may not participate on credit or rely on credit arrangements for wagering. All deposits and wagers must be funded from available and legitimate funds.
• The availability of the Services does not imply a license or authorization to engage in gaming in any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
• You authorize Rkgg to verify your identity and to monitor and review transactions and activity on your account as a condition of ongoing participation.
• Only one account per person is permitted for each brand. Transfers of funds between accounts or to third parties are prohibited.
• Winnings may be paid in a currency determined by Rkgg from time to time, including EUR, irrespective of the currency in which the original wager was placed or the account is registered.
• You agree to keep your registration data accurate and up to date and to promptly inform Rkgg of any change in address, email, phone number or other contact information.
• Rkgg may communicate with you for service, security, or promotional purposes; you may elect to adjust notification preferences in accordance with applicable law.
• Username and password are to be kept confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account and for any losses that occur due to password compromise on your device or due to weak security practices.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players; eligibility may be limited and offers may be withdrawn or capped at Rkgg’s sole discretion.
• All registration information and documentation must be truthful and not obtained by unlawful means. Submission of false information may result in account denial or termination.
• Account verification may require information or documents supplied by you; failure to provide satisfactory verification may lead to suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of balances or winnings, at Rkgg’s discretion.
• Rkgg may require you to provide payment details that match the name on your account. Inconsistent information may result in suspension of deposits or withdrawals until resolved.
• Updating payment details must be conducted through approved channels and may require authentication; you are responsible for any fees charged by payment providers and for tracking changes to accepted methods.
• Pending withdrawals or unsettled funds may be subject to review; undue delay or non-compliance with withdrawal requirements may result in reversal of funds to your casino wallet for continued play.
• Accounts activated by email verification or other approved means remain subject to verification; until verified, activity may be limited or suspended.
• Monies held in your account do not accrue interest.

2. Account Creation, Verification and Security

To participate, you must register an account and provide information required by Rkgg. You consent to verification procedures and to the processing of personal data for identity, age and location verification, and for anti-fraud purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

• Registration requires accurate, complete information. Inaccurate or incomplete data may cause suspension or closure of the account and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Only a single account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected or suspected, Rkgg may suspend or close the affected accounts and confiscate balances or winnings as allowed by law.
• You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, including two-factor authentication where available. You must immediately notify Rkgg of any suspected unauthorized use.
• Rkgg may require documentation to verify identity and residence, and may withhold or suspend services until verification is completed to its satisfaction.
• Biometric or other secure login methods may be offered; if used, you must enroll only your own data and accept responsibility for its security. Rkgg bears no liability for unauthorized access arising from your device or biometric data.
• Rkgg may limit the number of accounts or impose restrictions on connected devices, IP addresses or households as a security measure.

3. Deposits, Wallets and Withdrawals

Funds management on the Rkgg platform is conducted through a designated wallet system. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, regulatory compliance and internal risk controls.

• Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as published by Rkgg from time to time; fees may apply as charged by payment providers or by Rkgg where permitted.
• You must deposit with payment methods and accounts owned by you; transfers from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Rkgg reserves the right to set and modify minimum withdrawal amounts and to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is completed and the withdrawal method is confirmed as belonging to you.
• Where a withdrawal is pending, Rkgg may require additional verification or documentation and may delay processing until the verification is satisfactory.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, or breach of these Terms, Rkgg may delay, suspend or refuse withdrawals, or reverse deposits, as allowed by applicable law.
• Winnings may be paid in the currency determined by Rkgg; if a withdrawal method supports multiple currencies, Rkgg will select the currency at its discretion.
• Account dormancy, inactivity or unclaimed balances may be subject to automatic closure or forfeiture in accordance with internal policy and applicable law.
• When a withdrawal is completed, funds will be transferred to the payment method used to fund the account, subject to any required verification.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Responsible Gambling

Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of Rkgg and are subject to strategic restrictions, wagering requirements, and specific terms published for each offer. Where a promotion is abused or tampered with, Rkgg reserves the right to adjust outcomes, reclaim bonuses and settle bets at correct odds.

• Each promotional offer is limited to one per person, household, device or payment method, as specified in the offer terms.
• Rkgg may withdraw, modify or suspend any offer at any time and with immediate effect if abuse, collusion, or exploitation is detected or suspected.
• Where a promotional benefit creates guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, Rkgg may disregard the bonus element and settle bets according to the true odds.
• Promotions requiring identity verification may only be credited after satisfactory verification; documentation may be requested to confirm eligibility.

Rkgg supports responsible gambling and provides tools to help manage play, including cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, and deposit limits. Details are available in the Responsible Gambling Policy, and use of these tools does not affect account ownership or ongoing rights under these Terms.

5. Disputes, Complaints and ADR

You may raise disputes or complaints with Rkgg’s support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Rkgg may submit the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. The decision of the ADR body is binding in accordance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property and Data

All content on the Rkgg platform is owned by or licensed to Rkgg. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the content except as expressly permitted by Rkgg.

Rkgg may collect and process personal data for identity verification, fraud prevention and to improve the Services in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Where required, you will be informed and may be asked for consent for data processing for specific purposes, including analytics or research.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of a jurisdiction recognized by Rkgg as the governing framework for the provision of Services. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the courts or through the dispute resolution mechanism in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory ADR provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

Rkgg reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, Rkgg may provide notice by publication on the platform and/or through registered contact details. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: A failure by Rkgg to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Rkgg’s prior written consent; Rkgg may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
